Welcome, I’m Edyta Michel

I am a counsellor offering person-centred and integrative therapy for adults. My approach is grounded in the belief that each person has the capacity for growth and change, given the right support.

In our sessions, I provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can share openly and explore the challenges you are facing. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, navigating difficult life transitions, or struggling with addiction, we will work together to better understand your experiences and find ways forward that feel right for you.

As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I am committed to working ethically and with your wellbeing at the heart of our sessions. I also speak both English and Polish, offering therapy in the language that feels most comfortable for you.

Therapy is a journey, and I am here to walk alongside you - supporting you in building resilience, clarity, and meaningful positive change in your life.
